Please read these terms carefully before using the platform — they form a legally binding agreement between you and 299ba.
Introduction & Scope
1 General Introduction
Welcome to the 299ba platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between 299ba ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). By using our website, app or services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 299ba platform. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
2 Changes to Terms
299ba reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
Account Registration & Management
3 Registration Eligibility
To open an account and use services on 299ba, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
- Each person may create only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming services are prohibited.
- The payment method you provide must be registered in your own name.
4 Account Verification
299ba reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any time. As part of the verification process, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.
5 Account Suspension or Closure
299ba reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Violating bonus terms or abusing the system.
- Involvement in fraudulent transactions.
- Being identified as a minor.
- Violating responsible gaming guidelines.
In the event of account closure, 299ba will decide at its own discretion whether any applicable balance will be returned.
Financial Transactions & Payments
6 Deposits
299ba currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- Deposited funds will only be accepted from your own registered payment method.
- Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
- Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly; occasionally a short delay may occur due to network issues.
7 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
8 Currency & Taxes
299ba processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Users are solely responsible for their own personal tax obligations. 299ba does not provide tax advice.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
9 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳26,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000.
10 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. On 299ba, the wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
- Wagering multiplier: 15x (on the bonus amount).
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
11 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
299ba monitors any misuse of the bonus system. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements through risk-free betting strategies.
- Placing opposing bets on the same game with the intent of fulfilling bonus conditions.
If abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
Betting & Gaming Rules
12 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If an incorrect result appears due to a technical error in the system, 299ba reserves the right to void that bet.
- In sports betting, results depend on the official results of the relevant sports governing body.
- 299ba is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
13 Technical Errors
299ba does not bear liability for any losses arising from software errors, server outages or any other technical issues. However, in such cases, voiding the relevant bets and refunding the original stake will be considered.
14 Suspicious Activity
If 299ba believes that unusual betting patterns, coordinated betting strategies or other suspicious activity is taking place on an account, 299ba reserves the right to investigate that account, void transactions and close the account if necessary.
Intellectual Property & User Responsibilities
15 Intellectual Property
All content on the 299ba platform — logos, designs, software, text and graphics — is proprietary and protected. Users may not reproduce, distribute or modify this content for any commercial purpose.
16 User Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the platform:
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Sending malware, viruses or harmful code.
- Personal information fraud or using another person's identity.
- Gaming or betting using automated scripts or bots.
- Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Harassing other users or 299ba staff.
17 Privacy
Full details of how your personal information is collected, used and kept secure can be found in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
18 Limitation of Liability
299ba will not be liable for any losses in the following circumstances:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers.
- Force majeure events — natural disasters, cyber attacks or government directives.
- Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of terms.
In all circumstances, 299ba's maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid in the relevant transaction.
